Question 1

What documentation ships with each hand cream order?

Accepted Answer

Each hand cream shipment includes the certificate of analysis, packing list, commercial invoice and any export documents required for Africa. On request we provide batch manufacturing records, stability summaries and the safety documentation your importer needs for customs clearance. Documents are prepared alongside production rather than after it, which prevents the common delay where goods are ready but paperwork is not. Our team can walk through the options for hand cream on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 2

How do you manage temperature-sensitive shipping for concealer?

Accepted Answer

For concealer that is sensitive to heat or freezing, we review the stability data to define an acceptable transit range and plan packaging and routing accordingly. Where needed we use insulated cartons, cool-chain freight or seasonal routing for Africa, and we confirm the approach before quoting. We also advise on storage guidance so your warehouse and retail partners keep the product within the validated range. Our team can walk through the options for concealer on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 3

Can you reformulate our existing lipstick to remove restricted ingredients for the Middle East?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us the current formula or full INCI declaration and we will screen every input against the restricted-substance list applicable to the Middle East. Where an ingredient must be removed, we propose a functional replacement built around Glutathione and re-run stability and compatibility testing rather than simply swapping raw materials. You receive a side-by-side comparison of the original and revised lipstick so you can judge texture, scent and performance before approving the change. Our team can walk through the options for lipstick on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 4

What happens if our first bb cream batch fails incoming inspection?

Accepted Answer

Every bb cream batch is released against agreed specification, and any batch that fails is quarantined before it leaves our facility. If a non-conformance is confirmed on your side, we investigate against retained samples and batch records, then agree a corrective action and replacement or credit. The acceptance criteria for bb cream are written into the order confirmation up front, so disputes about what constitutes a defect are rare. Our team can walk through the options for bb cream on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 5

What information do you need to start a bb cream OEM project?

Accepted Answer

To quote a bb cream project we need your target positioning, the benefit story you want to lead with, preferred packaging format, estimated annual volume and destination market. If you have a benchmark product, share the ingredient list and any performance claims you need to support. With that brief we can propose a formula direction using Hyaluronic Acid, recommend tubes with SPF options, and come back with an indicative cost and timeline. Our team can walk through the options for bb cream on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 6

Do you support Amazon and e-commerce ready packaging for facial cream?

Accepted Answer

Yes. E-commerce-ready facial cream packaging addresses leak resistance, drop performance, scannable barcodes and suffocation warnings for polybags. We confirm carton dimensions against your fulfilment centre requirements so you avoid oversize or prep surcharges. For North America we align packaging with the prep rules of the marketplace you sell through. Our team can walk through the options for facial cream on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 7

Can you source sustainable or PCR packaging for essence?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We source PCR resin, glass, aluminium and mono-material components for essence and can document recycled content for your sustainability reporting. Recycled resin can vary in colour and wall consistency, so we qualify the component with your formula before committing to a production run. We will be direct about what is genuinely recyclable in Africa rather than repeating a claim your customers may challenge. Our team can walk through the options for essence on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 8

What packaging components do you recommend for foundation shipping to Africa?

Accepted Answer

Recommendations depend on the formula viscosity, fill temperature and climate exposure during transit to Africa. Common options for foundation include pump bottles, cushions and sticks, and we confirm closure torque, liner compatibility and drop-test performance before locking the specification. Carton and pallet patterns are planned early so your inbound team receives goods that are scannable, stackable and unlikely to leak in transit. Our team can walk through the options for foundation on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 9

What is the typical cost breakdown for a essence private label order?

Accepted Answer

A essence quote separates into formula, primary packaging, secondary packaging, filling and labour, testing, and freight. Packaging usually drives the largest variable, so choosing from glass bottles with dropper or pump can move unit cost more than formula changes do. We provide a line-item breakdown rather than a single number, so you can see exactly where to trade off if you need to hit a target retail price. Our team can walk through the options for essence on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 10

Can you ship body lotion directly to our warehouse or fulfilment centre?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate export documentation and can arrange delivery to your nominated warehouse, 3PL or Amazon fulfilment centre in Africa. For body lotion, carton specifications and pallet patterns are confirmed before production so your inbound team receives scannable, stackable goods. We work with experienced freight forwarders and can quote under your preferred Incoterms. Our team can walk through the options for body lotion on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 11

What happens if our first cleansing balm batch fails incoming inspection?

Accepted Answer

Every cleansing balm batch is released against agreed specification, and any batch that fails is quarantined before it leaves our facility. If a non-conformance is confirmed on your side, we investigate against retained samples and batch records, then agree a corrective action and replacement or credit. The acceptance criteria for cleansing balm are written into the order confirmation up front, so disputes about what constitutes a defect are rare. Our team can walk through the options for cleansing balm on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 12

Can you help us register mascara under MoCRA or EU CPNP?

Accepted Answer

We support registration for Japan and South Korea by preparing the technical documentation your responsible person or importer must hold on file. That includes the safety assessment inputs, product categorisation, labelling review and the formula disclosure needed for mascara. Our regulatory team works alongside your local partner, so the submission reflects how the product will actually be sold rather than a generic template. Our team can walk through the options for mascara on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 13

Can you help us register shampoo under MoCRA or EU CPNP?

Accepted Answer

We support registration for Latin America by preparing the technical documentation your responsible person or importer must hold on file. That includes the safety assessment inputs, product categorisation, labelling review and the formula disclosure needed for shampoo. Our regulatory team works alongside your local partner, so the submission reflects how the product will actually be sold rather than a generic template. Our team can walk through the options for shampoo on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 14

Can you formulate hair mask without silicones, PEGs or ethanol?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly develop hair mask without silicones, PEGs or ethanol, replacing them with sensory alternatives that preserve spreadability and after-feel. Removing these materials changes texture, so we iterate on the sample rather than making a like-for-like substitution. Ingredient selection is screened against your retailer's restricted list, and we document compliance at formula level for North America. Our team can walk through the options for hair mask on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 15

What payment and contract terms apply to eyeshadow palette orders?

Accepted Answer

Standard terms are a deposit to book the production slot and the balance before shipment, with the exact split confirmed in the pro forma invoice. For repeat eyeshadow palette programmes with a stable forecast we can discuss scheduled production and consolidated shipping to improve unit economics. All commercial terms, specifications and quality acceptance criteria are written into the order confirmation so both sides work from the same document. Our team can walk through the options for eyeshadow palette on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 16

What viscosity and texture specifications can you hit for lotion?

Accepted Answer

Viscosity for lotion is set as a measurable range with a defined test method and temperature, not a subjective description. We confirm the target at sample stage and reproduce it in production through controlled mixing, heating and cooling parameters. If your brief needs a specific sensory outcome such as quick break or cushiony after-feel, we translate that into a specification we can actually hold. Our team can walk through the options for lotion on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 17

Can you match the texture and performance of our reference mascara?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us a physical sample or the full ingredient declaration of your reference mascara, and our laboratory will reverse-engineer the sensory profile. We evaluate viscosity, spreadability, absorption, and after-feel, then iterate until the match is within an agreed tolerance. Where a specific raw material is unavailable or restricted in your target market, we propose a functional alternative built around Propolis Extract and validate it side by side with your benchmark before you decide. Our team can walk through the options for mascara on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 18

Can you produce mascara for sensitive or reactive skin positioning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sensitive-skin mascara development focuses on a short, well-tolerated ingredient list, minimal fragrance and a preservative system chosen for low irritation potential. We can arrange patch testing and ophthalmologist or dermatologist review where your positioning requires it. Formulas built around Collagen are screened for known sensitisers before we present the first samples to you. Our team can walk through the options for mascara on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 19

How do you manage temperature-sensitive shipping for setting spray?

Accepted Answer

For setting spray that is sensitive to heat or freezing, we review the stability data to define an acceptable transit range and plan packaging and routing accordingly. Where needed we use insulated cartons, cool-chain freight or seasonal routing for Southeast Asia, and we confirm the approach before quoting. We also advise on storage guidance so your warehouse and retail partners keep the product within the validated range. Our team can walk through the options for setting spray on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.

Question 20

What is the minimum order quantity for hand cream OEM production?

Accepted Answer

Our standard MOQ for hand cream private label projects starts from 1,000 units per SKU, depending on the packaging format you choose. For hand cream we commonly run travel tubes and tins, and each option carries its own tooling and filling minimums. If you are validating a new market, we can support a lower pilot run so you can test sell-through before committing to a full production slot. Once your formula is locked, scaling from pilot to volume production typically keeps the same specification, so there is no need to re-validate stability. Our team can walk through the options for hand cream on a short call, and we will confirm the specification in writing before any deposit is requested.
